Travis: Build pull requests and deploy to branch specific gh-pages #5

When pull requests are opened, Travis should build these branches. Then, it should:

Force push the resulting files to gh-pages, but not on the top-level – it should use e.g. branch name as a directory name, to avoid collisions.
Write back to the pull request with a link to where the build has been deployed (so QA assignees can visit the resulting app and check it out).

Ser ikke ut til å funke, uten at ting blir overskrevet. Lukker denne til fordel for #21 hvor vi tar ibruk now istedet.
