FEXT Installation guide

1. Run Ferrite Core.

This can be ferrite-qt or ferrited

2. Download ferrite-cli and fext-0.7.0.ps1

Ensure they are both in the same directory.

3. Right click fext-0.7.0.ps1 and Run with Powershell.
