This project is lightweight but not ultra-portable. I think it's important to make it system agnostic by introducing Docker. Right now all this PR does is Dockerize the test suite, but it could be extended by Dockerizing the development environment and even a production version using Kubernetes to provide Sarcasm as a Service (Sarc-aaS)m
