Upgrade management SDK version in peer dependencies

Motivation

We are planning to add new features to the management SDK, and we need it to work with kontent-cli. However, those features won't be available in the first version of the management SDK. Is it OK to upgrade @kentico/kontent-management package version in peer dependencies?

I've upped the version and fixed our migration boilerplate to work with the new version. I also updated the version of the kontent-backup-manager and tested it
