- added alternative country name handling in db instead of static dict in code
- new alternative names for crúbadán (fixing issue crúbadán gave new countries that weren't in the database before #37)

use CountryName field if needed instead of map in cod3
new alternative names coming from crubadan
now handles more countries with the same alternative name
one alternate names can go with more countries
