Constructor-like builders in ResultContext

Description

Add constructor-like builders that will replace the builders in the ResultContext type.

• Add the ResultContext.NotBlankString function and deprecate the String.toNotBlankString function.
• Add the ResultContext.StrictlyPositiveInt function and deprecate the Number.toStrictlyPositiveInt function.
• Add the ResultContext.StrictlyNegativeInt function and deprecate the Number.toStrictlyNegativeInt function.
• Add the ResultContext.PositiveInt function and deprecate the Number.toPositiveInt function.
• Add the ResultContext.NegativeInt function and deprecate the Number.toNegativeInt function.
• Add the ResultContext.NonZeroInt function and deprecate the Number.toNonZeroInt function.
• Add the ResultContext.NotEmptyList function and deprecate the Collection.toNotEmptyList function.
• Add the ResultContext.NotEmptySet function and deprecate the Collection.toNotEmptySet function.
• Add the ResultContext.NotEmptyMap function and deprecate the Map.toNotEmptyMap function.
• Test.
• Refactor.
• Update the Unreleased section in changelog.
