Adds support with GET STACKED DIAGNOSTICS and WITH queries.
I've added spec tests in the xxx_spec.rb but will change it to a better name on your guidance.
Additional a little tweak to the handling of array types which seems a lot more reliable on the databases I've tested on (all PGSQL 9.3.x).
