repro:

  1. Select Galileo planet pack and GPP-low res clouds to install
  2. hit apply
  3. in the changeset screen, remove all recommended mods, and check/uncheck "gpp high res clouds" a few times
  4. hit apply

Seems like maybe that message box just needs to be cleared or something?
