#92 fix this issue.
Current status is "ON" so the originCmd value is "ON" when update the device crd resource(default status is "OFF") query status from web app page the status change to "OFF",now execute "ON" will not update device crd resource because cmd equal originCmd.
get originCmd from current device status fix the problem.
add more detail log for debug .
