Lack of algorithm metrics to evaluate the performance of pradigms.

The new version seems to have revised the comment, e.g., AccuracyMetricForNewModel

The proposal is overall good to me and please consider cooperate with other community members to make proposal implemented. More metrics for joint infernece, incremental learning and federated learning can be considered. |
