Column 3 is for supported CSI spec version. I see it is 1.3 here?

I think it will be safer to say we're support >=v1.2

You can't claim support if it has not been tested with later versions. Maybe you can say "1.2, 1.3" here or just list 1.3 which is the latest you've tested with?

I have changed it to the two version we tested, 1.2 & 1.3. Thx!

Changed the CSI version to a more accurate value >=v1.2
Changed the CSI spec version to the versions we tested 1.2 & 1.3
