Hi @mukhoakash. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

@andyzhangx I will add the changes to pass context once this PR gets merged.

Working on adding unittests for the same.

if you only need checkIfAccountNotExists, I think you could add this function into your CSI driver, it's not necessary to add this function here.

I'll move the function checkIfAccountNotExists to the driver. But I would need the function to create the storage account. I'll make the createStorageAccount function public.

what about add a new field "CreateIfNotExists"(by default: false) in AccountOptions, that would be a minor change

The EnsureStorageAccount function is designed in a way to create an account only when accountName is empty in accountOptions. For my case, I would need to create an account with that particular accountName(non empty) if it doesnt exist. So, the createStorageAccount function might be needed after all?

Abandoning this PR since we decided on modifying the EnsureStorageAccount function to accomodate the requirement.
