What this PR does / why we need it:
On Azure vm's the role 0120-growpart-azure-centos-7.yml always runs on RHEL based vm's. This may not be suitable for folks that configure their vm disks outside kubespray. This PR will allow folks to disable the growpart tasks in the ansible inventory if needed.
