Special exception was added, now level might be both str and int, upper level if it is str
The `subcorpus` param was renamed to `mycorp`
Constants with sort keys, search and output formats were added
utf16 -> utf8. Issue#16 closed
Downloading media for multimodal corpus was changed
Validating text, out, sort keys was added.
Validating args in classmethods was changed
Classmethod sets default out format value was added.
