Desktop environment preference for the Ubuntu for Raspberry Pi

Usage

run the apt update and apt dist-upgrade commands
- on playground, includes reinstall the Parallels Guest Tools when post upgraded
install the Ubuntu upgrade tool
- Skip it on playground because the Parallels Guest Tools installation will fail.
install the Ubuntu Desktop and some tools

The project has a virtual environment using the Vagrant with the Parallels.
