That's interesting, do you have a second monitor to your left of some sort?

Does your left monitor has different resolutions to your right monitor? I think when the cursor gets near the border of the screen, its vertical position jumped back to 0, hence the glitch.

Me and my friend were having issues as well with having 2k monitors and I think we found the solution.
In the config file the resolution is hardcoded to 1920x1080 so for us we simply changed the values to 2560x1440, for the second monitor you would have to just increase the width of the resolution so if you had two 1920 monitors, change the 1920 in the config file to 3840

I tried this since I have 2 1920x1080 monitors, and it's still snapping when switching screens for some reason.
