MACD //was// the only well-audited (known working) method

Trading using other methods is not fully supported yet. MACD was just the first one to be audited.

As of 82004f7, PPO might be usable as well (no promises though)

• PPO is now consistent with the current codebase
• added support for "double EMA" variant of MACD
• more audits to come?

• ZERO (the zerolag EMA variant of MACD) is working quite well
• nikiehihsa (MACD variant inspired by Heikin-Ashi candles) -- it's builtin to the ZERO method too

I'm always open to suggestions and/or pull requests to add new methods.
