kvirc should use kde-sessions

KVirc should use the kde-session-management, so it starts up automatically after login, if it was running in the previous session.

stopped working in a revision later r3831. Don't know exactly which since I updated from r3831 directly to r3910.

On a second thought: Don't know if the KDE update (4.3.4 -> 4.3.5) has anything to do with it. I made that update in the same timeframe as the KVIrc update.
