Hi,

Testing PKHeX Build 3778 and the official build, when I transfer pokemon from my Gen1 Blue game to gen 7 Moon,(2 PKHeX programs open, drag and drop) the pokemon show origin game:
Red

2017-09-20

I have previously transfered some via poke transporter and the origin game is the correct one:
Blue [INT]/Green [JP]

2017-09-20 1

You are right. It is a duplicate of 1466, I didn't search it.
