I messed up the default config for Tech Reborn...

You can either remove this file [minecraft_location]/config/undergroundbiomes/techreborn.cfg and update to 1.1.2 or edit techreborn.cfg and remove the entry belonging to Thermal Foundation.

Removing the part of TF worked.
