Would be good to re-organize information on tools for validating policies:

  • kubectl explain
  • kyverno CLI validate command
  • VS Code plugin
  • precommit hook

Any suggestions on how or where this could go in the docs? Started thinking about this and am just not sure if this requires a new section or broken out among various other sections.

Some of this is already present on the Resource Definitions page but I'll add a couple bullets to the Tips section so we can close this out.

Basically done. validate command has been removed.
