Deploying to cluster by CI

What I am trying to do is deploying some resources to our cluster via CircleCI. Is there a way to do without sharing our certificates? The documentation is pretty sparse and finding myself lost in google and github searches. There is some useful parts in the codes about this is not useful for a CI environment.
