v0.16.0 - Stunnerd pods get into state where they won't respond to TURN requests

We have experienced an issue with v0.16.0 of stunnerd for two consecutive days where it seems to get into a state where it hangs and no longer accepts requests. There are no logs in the pod after this point, but it doesn't fail liveness or readiness checks. The only other event that seems to line up with this is the controller pod restarted ~ the same time the logs stopped.
