- Add oxford commas - Hyphenate words where necessary - Clarify grammar
Since there should only be one h1 tag per section (usually per page), this commit demotes all other h1 tags to h2, while also demoting the single pre-existing h2 tag (which was being used for a subheading) to a p tag.
- Add missing closing `p` tags - Wrap orphaned text in `p` tags
