Not every object file is used to build every shared library file any more. Linking will require -lsicm and the library of the target language More explicit targets, instead of lumping everything under targets to non existent files Moved mod files into LIBDIR examples/ has its own Makefile

Merging autotools build system in. Tested compilation, and works. Updating the
.travis.ymlwill soon be necessary.
