also fixed type in in change entry for amsmath
We seem to have a luaotfload cache issue otherwise.
This reverts commit 03f8a34. May or may not work ... lets see!

This
dtxis a merger of the.styand.texfrom thel3sys-queryrepository, re-arranged to put the 2e interface documentation first. The only change to the generated package code is a check and warning if shell escape is disabled.Moved to tools to allow the
l3sys-queryrepository to just be the Lua code and documentation.two dot diff against develop (showing 4 files changed rather than 200)
