Description

- Users will create a basic profile, which allows them to add new artwork, which includes: Title, Artist, Location, Description, and Image Upload. 
- Added art will appear in their profile page. 
- When logged in, users can search for art based on state
- If not logged in, users will be able to click on art seen in a carousel and view information about that piece
