Environment

Joplin version: 2.12.19, 2.13.4
Platform: Desktop
OS specifics: Ubuntu 23.10

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open settings
  2. Optional: Add *:focus-visible { outline: 1px solid red; } to custom application CSS to show keyboard focus and restart, then re-open settings
  3. Try to focus the links in the left sidebar with the tab key

Describe what you expected to happen

It should be possible to focus the sidebar links with the tab key.
