added 6 new rcpp implementations for qfun, newton, trnd, ntail, tn, mvnpr
Add Anthony to list of code authors.

basic unit tests for rcpp functions using testthat package
outputs incorrect probability estimates and upper bound, the problem seems related to the gradient and jacobian equations
