Patch to use U-238 as bricks?

What would you think of a patch to use depleted uranium in bricks, kind of like ash is currently used in bricks? I am currently running into an issue where I produce way too much U-238 relative to the power consumption of my base, with power consumption and research being the only two real sinks for the nuclear products.
