is the lanched GPU ID and $AUGMENTATION
could be random2, random3, random4
that sampling from {NodeDrop, Subgraph}, {NodeDrop, Subgraph, EdgePert} and {NodeDrop, Subgraph, EdgePert, AttrMask}, seperately.
