Various wip shaders and presets for RetroArch and PCem
Some presets depend on shaders from github.com/libretro/common-shaders/ in GLSL format.
Q: Why isnt this forked from libretro/shaders? A: I like a small repo to manage without pulling the other all the time in sync is there a problem with that no ok good
