This is exactly the same as upstream 10.0.1 (released on 2019-07-03), but with a critical fix for exheader replacement and support for BPS patches.

Will upstream once this has received enough testing Update (April 2020): Both PRs have now been merged upstream. However, you should still use the provided boot.firm build or a nightly/hourly build, until a new release of Luma3DS that includes the new features is made.

Code has been halved compared to older releases, which means this only adds roughly ~1KiB of code. Tested on several New 3DS consoles and also on o3DS.

Pre-release
Add support for BPS patches

IPS is way too limited as a patch format. It doesn't support delta
patches, which would be useful to avoid distributing copyrighted
content when releasing mods for which it is impractical to support
three different game executables (especially when there are only
tiny differences in them).

This is exactly the same as upstream 10.0.1 (released on 2019-07-03), but with a critical fix for exheader replacement and support for BPS patches, along with some changes for easier troubleshooting.

I have no intention to add any other features or fixes.

If this becomes out of date, feel free to open an issue.
