NomadBox using LXD + Hashicorp Nomad

Description: Port of nomad-box project to use LXD + Nomad instead of Azure + Nomad.

Objective: Simulate a AWS Datacenter (SG) with 3 Availability Zones (AZ) running a 3-server Nomad + Consul cluster with worker nodes.
