rarify function - sort output

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Data output is the same order as the input. Would be easier to look at if sorted.

Describe the solution you'd like
Sort output from largest to smallest (sample.ID [asc], abund [desc],taxa name [asc]), . Easier to see the changes. And include the original data in the output (same as in the example).

Describe alternatives you've considered
The current example has the old and new counts together. Users prefer the results to be presented this way.

Additional context
If sort the data prior to using internal functions the same data (even sorted differently) will produce the same results (with the same seed).

For Shiny use a default seed unless turn off.
