Updated resukisu, susfs.

Switched to newer clang version, which is the current version of clang used by AOSP.

Applied Samsung SF changes. (Be careful with older firmware, even it looks like backwards compat is not broken.)

If you don't want to use my builds (I build them locally), use the Github Actions artifacts.
