该算法使用Scala语言编写，运行在Spark计算框架上面。根据手机基站数据来挖掘移动用户的主要活动地点（比如居住地点和工作地点），本算法是另一个Java Web系统的一个依赖模块。也就是，本算法（模块）和另一个Java Web（模块）组合在一起构成一个完整的移动用户重要位置挖掘应用系统。
