Summary

Remove dhuseby as a temporary admin.

Why do you need this?

• Set up Github exporter for libp2p org libp2p#177 is closed.
• Migrate libp2p website accounts from fleek.co to fleek.xyz libp2p#208 is blocked.

What else do we need to know?

@dhuseby will need access again in the future once fleek implements the required changes, but that could be 2025 from what I can tell.
