On systems using a wayland compositor, the x,y coordinates of a SDL_TouchFingerEvent are not normalised to [0..1], but they range from [0..width/height].

This issue has been observed on SailfishOS. I've seen code in a Ubuntu Touch ports of a game working around this issue as well, so I assume this is also an issue on Ubuntu Touch.
