Adding new "report" command to agentctl that retrieves all kind of informations from VPP-Agent/VPP and pack it into one zip file. The reason for this is to speed up the problem resolution that users can have with VPP-Agent (report zip file will provide info that can identify many problems and additional time don't have to be wasted by requesting/sending additional information).
