ö check all options, decide if translate them, options as regex not as vectors, include vegetation type.
… timestamp for metadata purposes. Parameter force_update deletes cache. I'm still deciding if it should go in the package or maybe only in data-raw. This is important because maybe the ipt can be in /data - and the functions can use these .rda objects (but taxon.rda is heavy, for instance). We have to think and decide. The usual workflow is data-raw but here it may be more practical to export the function but not the data objects. I have to test if this works outside the dev repo.

…ora() runs update_flora() and uses it internally. this should resolve installation size.

adding flora functions to rocc
