Dockerization for pwnables

Useage

• Replace the flag and chall files in data/ctf and add other dependenices to that directory if needed
• Add environment dependencies to data/apt.deps if needed
• ./docker-pwn -h or ./docker-pwn to build and run the challenge on the default port of 1337
