The code has an if condition that excludes it if stackscript is use, whats the reason for that?

Thank you for opening this issue. This is directly related to the same issue/limitation in the API. The API change is a planned change that is on the roadmap (soon-to-be-done) from our API team. Soon after that change, the CLI will change to allow it for Stackscript + using a Pub key.
