[BUG] Slicer selection does not export to PDF or PowerPoint from the Power BI Service

Describe the bug
The slicer selection is not retained when exporting a report to PDF or PowerPoint from the Power BI Service.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a report in the power bi service (app.powerbi.com) that contains the hierarchy slicer custom visual
2. Make a selection on the slicer to filter the report
3. Click on Export -> PDF
4. Select Current Values
5. Click the Export button
6. The report will export to PDF. The hierarchy slicer visual is displayed in the exported PDF however the slicer selection at export time has not been retained.

Expected behavior
When exporting a report to PDF or PowerPoint from the Power BI Service, the slicer selection should be retained.

Power BI info (please complete the following information):

• Online: Yes
• Browser: Chrome, Edge
• Desktop version: Latest

Additional context
When exporting from Power BI Desktop the slicer selection is retained. This behaviour differs to the Power BI Service
