emails.py was added for mein.berlin to send all emails in German. As we don't need this functionality in this prject, it can be removed
…mail Because Emails are always sent in German on mein.berlin additional code was added to set a default language in the settings. Emails were sent in that language. As we don't need that here, it can be removed
