If you are not logged in the comment widget will offer a link to login. This link is without next parameter leaving you at the front page after an successful login.

set next parameter when redirecting to login from js

fixes #32

Note that `window.adhocracy4.getCurrentPath()` is used. In the default
case, this just reunterns `window.location.path`. We need to be able to
overwrite this for embedding in meinberlin.
