TurtleJS uavailable on the online demo version

Also, the icon is not visible in http://server.sugarizer.org.

I am able to reproduce the first part of the issue on firefox.
http://server.sugarizer.org/activities/TurtleBlocksJS.activity/ however allows me to access the activity. The activity icon is visible but on clicking it it takes me to the same error page (nothing gets loaded). This does work on chrome however.

Yes, I should have mentioned I only tested with chromium. Thanks for confirming the problem!

It's a bug related to Sugarizer v0.7. If you've already run Sugarizer v0.6 in your browser, you should see "How to code" and "TurtleJS" activities icons not showing.
It's related to the fact that the TurtleJS.activity has been replaced by the TurtleBlock.activity in Sugarizer v0.7 and that How to code activity has been removed.
A work around to avoid that is to restart from an empty installation.
To do that:

1. For iOS/Android, just remove the old version before installing the new one,
2. From a browser, type F12 to display developer console, then type "localStorage.clear()" and refresh the page.
   The fix should be to ignore non existing activities in a new version or just removed favorite activities list when version has changed.
