some students say they are not receiving confirmation emails (even in spam folder) when they sign up for OST.

need to track amazon bounce emails because possible that amazon is rejecting all these folks' emails. registration emails important, and so are bounced assignment notification and especially feedback notification emails.

actually we can see the bounces in the inbox (or spam folder) of noreply@openstaxtutor.org. So far I think only one person has bounced due to being blacklisted by Amazon. The others had typed in their email addresses incorrectly.

I see. so if students typed in email addresses incorrectly when
registering, does that mean feedback notifications will bounce too?

Yes actually. If they were manually confirmed that'll be a problem. You can look through the user list and see which folks have bad addresses.

I looked through the user list in Admin Console and didn't see how to tell
which users have bad addresses.

either way, some of those students may be required to view feedback to get
credit (and as you pointed out, may be upset if they aren't explicitly told
they have to do so via reminder email). can we change their email
addresses, if we compile a list of emails we manually confirmed due to
addresses typed in incorrectly? I manually confirmed 2 myself.
