24.2 will be available shortly, so draft for now. I've also re-enabled gpg verification, re-enabled downloading source code from an alternate site, and updated to using Alpine 3.18 (all the same as the 25.1 image, so this is essentially based of some changes from #88, i.e adding new keys).
