[WIP - Work in Progress]

Initial implementation of a single-executable build pipeline for the LocalStack CLI.

TODO:

  • Make sure the build pipeline is working correctly.
  • Try to analyze the system dependencies of the resulting binaries.
  • Implement and test a universal2 mode for MacOS.
  • Add more tests.
  • Discuss if the directory mode is still necessary.
  • ?

This will be implemented in a fork (in order to iterate over creating releases with artifacts etc.).
Closing this PR for now (since it cannot be re-used when the new source branch is a fork).
